I am SO in love with these 3D designs! They start by stitching out the freestanding wings. Then you stitch part of the body on fabric, place the wings, and finish stitching to hold the wings in place. SUCH a cool effect! This Dragonfly design ends up being approx. 5×7″, and it is framed in an 8″ bamboo embroidery hoop.
