Embroidered Dreamscape Glow Castle Hoop Hanging

Did you know that embroidery thread could glow in the dark?!   This Castle is from the Dreamscape Glow Collection.  This set of designs starts with a background of greens that give a boost to the white glow in the dark thread that adds all the finishing details.  These are SO fun!  The designs in this set are 4”, and the bamboo hoop is 5”.

As with any glow in the dark item, these do need to be charged with light.  Natural light is best, regular household lightbulbs are great, too – you’ll get less of an “effect” with LED lighting.  I have a glowing set of Enchanted Garden that I set under black light – also very cool!  (Please note – the glow thread doesn’t have the same sheen that other embroidery thread has – if you don’t care if it glows and want one stitched in polyestery embroidery thread, feel free to message me.)
