Under the Sea Embroidered Tapestry or Table Cover

This fabulous Under the Sea piece is designed to either hang on the wall OR to be used as a table cloth. Each design in this is approx. 5”, and the finished item measures 15 1/2” x 21 1/2”. I just love this with the watery blue border!

Materials Used:  cotton fabric, cut away stabilizer, tear away stabilizer, polyester embroidery thread, polyester sewing thread, interfacing, tapestry clips
